All items are sent out via Pos Laju, free of charge for any purchase above RM150 made through the store. Purchases less than RM150 will pay postage charges of RM6 flat. Please expect up to 3 days to reach you. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a notification card advising you to collect your item at the designated post office.
To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. Baba Gajah will offer an exchange or store credit on all accessories if you are not perfectly happy within 10 days of receipt of purchase for local orders, provided the items are returned unworn, in perfect condition and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken. For hygiene purpose, pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
You are liable for the cost of returning items; if you wish to return any items from your order please return it to us via Pos Laju, making sure that you obtain a receipt as proof of postage as you are liable for any loss. If you exchange for alternative items, Baba Gajah will pay for the dispatch of your replacement order.

04/ Depending on size, large pieces will be sent in a box. Otherwise, it will be sent in a bubble mailer. A lot of care is taken to ensure the goods arrive in good condition.
05/ Should you find your order arrive broken/torn, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. You do need to contact us, pack and send back any damaged goods to us within 10 days for an exchange.
